AS HIS HUNGER FOR KNOWLEDGE ESCALATED, SO DID HIS CULINARY CAREER. SHARPENING HIS SKILLS AND TASTES AT RAFFLES HOTEL, CUTTING HIS TEETH UNDER WORLD-ACCLAIMED CHEF WOLFGANG PUCK IN THE MICHELIN-STARRED 'CUT' SINGAPORE. THEN LEADING A TEAM FOR THE OPENING OF AKIRA BACK'S RESTAURANTS IN SINGAPORE, JAKARTA & DUBAI.

 

HIS CURIOSITY AND MOTIVATION DIDN'T STOP THERE, THE DYNAMIC CHEF THEN VENTURED TO BALI WHERE HE DISCOVERED AN ISLAND WITH INCOMPARABLE BEAUTY AND PLENTIFUL RESOURCES, THUS, SI JIN BECAME HIS FIRST VENTURE AS CHEF-OWNER.
